PLUM Fitness & Nutritional Coaching is a personal service for people over 50 years of age who are seeking to improve their fitness and well-being through a planned program of exercise & nutritional coaching from a peer.
PLUM offers personal and small group programs in a well-equipped specialist studio at the Best Life Studio at 207 Old South Head Road close to Bondi Junction and in the recently refurbished Coastal Bodies Gym at 203 Malabar Road, South Coogee.

PERSONAL TRAINING
After analysis of your current health and guided by your future goals, we develop a personalised plan to achieve them, including one-on-one sessions, programs for other days, and nutritional guidance.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
As recognised Corrective Exercise Specialists we are able to assess mis-alignments that result in injury and pain. We offer personalised programs that help release, stretch and strengthen.
NUTRITIONAL COACHING
To complement your chosen program of physical activity we can analyse your current eating patterns and provide coaching to ensure a balanced & healthy diet.

Steve Denenberg comes to personal training following a long and successful career as social worker and community leader.
He has a Diploma in Fitness & Nutrition Coaching as well as a Certificate in Corrective Exercise.
Steve has trained almost daily for 50 years without injury. He is committed to helping others overcome injury and the effects of ageing in order to have longer, stronger lives.
